Biography

Mike Normant has a passion for impacting the way organizations treat their people. Schooled as an electrical engineer, he pivoted for the last 15 years of a 25-year corporate career to Learning & Development roles — including leading global L&D at both eBay and ServiceSource. Determined to help as many people as possible achieve more of their potential through heightened self-awareness, Mike created Coach Your Self Up, a training program that teaches self-coaching skills.

As an executive coach and leadership trainer, Mike has worked with leaders from many organizations, including Accenture, Apeel Sciences, Bank of America, BioMarin, Demandbase, Gigamon, Mercy Housing, Nutanix, Oracle, Procore, Stripe, and Thrasio. In 2016 he launched The Unlimit Group, and in 2018 he authored Coach Your Self Up, based on his flagship training program.
